GeoPlace LLP commissioned Anthony Collins Solicitors to undertake a review of the legal framework for street naming and numbering which was completed in January 2018.
As well as looking at the main acts that govern the street naming and numbering process, the review also looked at the known Local Acts and other acts that may impact in the processes.
